Tracking is one of many tools we use, but it’s never required, and the goal is that it is always a temporary tool — not something we have to do forever.
We work within a framework of tracking macros. We do utilize it in the beginning as a tool that can help us build more awareness around our eating habits, but we acknowledge that tracking macros is not the only tool out there either! While we typically start with tracking in our initial weeks together, we have many other strategies we can utilize to ensure that your nutrition is as supportive to you as possible. Our long term goal in every coaching relationship is that tracking is a tool you can use when needed, but not the end all be all or a tool you have to lean on forever.

We’re really intentional about how we wrap up the coaching process. Our goal is for you to move forward feeling confident in your habits, your progress, and your ability to maintain results long term (without needing to rely on external accountability or tracking your food forever).
When you’re ready to wrap up coaching, we put together a personalized Maintenance Roadmap that outlines your progress, highlights what’s worked, and gives you clear next steps. It includes your maintenance macro targets (if applicable), strategies for staying consistent without tracking, and guidance for navigating future goals or less-structured seasons.
