I’ve collaborated with busy professionals, entrepreneurs, college students, and mothers, all in pursuit of simpler solutions and a more balanced lifestyle.

I understand you have many responsibilities and care for others while managing your dreams and schedule. I’m here to help you find a sustainable path to well-being through options, insights, and compassionate support that resonate with you.

My path to wellness started during my teenage years, fueled by my father's dedication to health and his constant reminder that awareness is more important than perfection.

Initially, I obtained a B.A.in Business Administration majoring in Accounting, but my true calling emerged when I obtained a B.A. in Global Health and Nutrition, followed by an MSc in Integrated Food Technology.

Throughout this journey, I encountered mistakes, fell for diet myths, and had to restart multiple times, each experience refining my comprehension of what genuine wellness truly entails.

Today, my approach is gentle, grounded in science, and centered on self-compassion. Through RASK Health, I assist women in nurturing their bodies, acknowledging their realities, and establishing sustainable, healthier routines.

When women care for themselves with intention and grace, everything else starts to fall into place.
