Meet Flavia Kwebiiha: Nutrition & Health Coach
Hi, I’m Flavia, the founder of RaskHealth.
My journey into nutrition and wellness began with a deep curiosity about how food impacts energy, mood, and overall health, not just weight. I went on to study Global Health and Nutrition and earn a Master of Science (MSc) in Integrated Food Studies building a strong scientific foundation alongside lived experience.
Like many women, I’ve also experienced the confusion, pressure, and frustration that comes from diet culture. That combination, professional education and personal understanding is what shapes how I coach today.
I believe nutrition should feel supportive, empowering, and sustainable, not overwhelming or restrictive.
My approach to health isn’t about extremes, rigid rules, or chasing quick fixes. It’s about understanding how daily habits, especially the way we nourish ourselves, shape our energy, mindset, confidence, and overall quality of life.
I created Rask Health for people who are tired of feeling stuck in cycles of restriction, confusion, and burnout, and who want a realistic, supportive approach to nutrition and wellbeing that actually fits into real life.
